I know what it feels like to be stuck, frustrated and disconnected to my heart + body. To have everything I’d been told I need and should want yet never completely satisfied in my soul. A constant desire to do life differently. Missing out on living fully and completely because my life was about staying busy and distracted. I know how unfulfilling it is to conform, checking off a never-ending list of should-dos, always reaching for perfection and boxed into a mediocre life. Turning inwards and focusing on myself despite the world telling me not to has been the catalyst to my transformation.

I am deeply passionate about helping women become wildly empowered, beautifully embodied and to live a life that reflects their authenticity. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
