Wild Theology

Wild Woman

An archetype is the role we choose to playout in society and within the shaping of our lives. A reflection of how we define ourselves within our story. The brilliant thing about an archetype is if we lead with conscious clarity, we have the power to choose what archetype leads our beautifully threaded human experience.

 

The soul and the wild woman archetype both defy containment and at their very essence are expansive. They are rich with deep mystery and the sacred ordinary. The Wild Woman is not a fixed idea or a template into which we need to fit ourselves, but rather a portal into a vast and rich inner landscape. It’s in this very landscape we explore the magic of connections, unearth our own inner truth and reclaim our innate power. The Wild Woman is the antidote to the common self-development fallacy, which operates on “not being enough.”

 

To me the Wild Woman is representative of the human soul that is embodied.

 

Energetic Trinities

There is an ancient code that has been passed down that exemplifies the power of three infusing it with universal power and magic. Various cultures express their understanding of how the universe is energetically and spiritually composed of a basic trinity.

 

Ancient Egypt: Ra, Osiris + Horus;

Christianity: Father, Son + Holy Spirit (Holy Mother);

Hinduism: Shiva, Vishnu + Brahma;

Islam: Tawhid (oneness), Nubuwwa (Prophecy) + Imamah (Imamat); and

Judaism: Kether, Chockmah + Binah

 

 It is an innate expression of nature (Earth, Sun and Moon), the human amalgam of mind, body and soul and of time itself unfolding as past, present and future (birth, life and death). The energetic connection of three will help you orient your life around your soul’s deepest and most authentic truths.

Liminal Space

Paradox is an inherently human trait. It is a statement that seems self-contradictory because it holds space for two opposing ideas (polarities) yet when seen and felt as deeply sacred, reveals truth. It is in those differing interactions and interdependencies that power lies. It’s in this space we develop a meaningful relationship with our inner fears, our strengths and can transform. I actively seek out paradox as I find the greatest truth to be in the magic that lies beneath the contradiction – the [liminal] space in between.
