Wild Soul Manifesto
In a world consumed by speed, separation, and spectacle,
I choose another way.
I devote myself to the regenerative path—
one that is simple, slow, sacred, and wild.
This is not a lifestyle. It is not a performance.
It is a act of rebellion.
I Choose Simplicity.
I return to essence.
I let go of distraction, distortion, and the noise of modern life.
Simplicity is not lack—it is depth.
It is the clarity of soul, the purity of intention, the willingness to see life as it truly is.
In this simplicity, I root myself in the real.
I Choose Slowness.
I align with the living rhythms of life.
I trust emergence.
I allow systems—inner and outer—to unfold at their natural pace.
Slowness is a refusal to rush the sacred.
It is a devotion to patience, presence, and the spiral path of becoming.
I Choose the Sacred.
I sanctify the ordinary.
I see the holy in dishwashing, in discomfort, in the breath between moments.
I listen for the Divine whisper in all things—rocks, rivers, roots, relationships.
I Choose the Wild Path.
I embrace the wildness of spirit.
I bow to mystery, paradox, and the tension of opposites.
I see that creation emerges from polarity—light and shadow dancing together.
I do not chase perfection.
I do not fear chaos.
I understand:
Life is not a machine. It is a living, alchemical process.
I act not from control, but from co-creation.
I do not extract—I regenerate.
I do not dominate—I participate.
I belong to the wild.
Playlist for Rewilding Rituals
Your body is a sacred vessel, a holy temple to experience magic.
Movement is a powerful way to drop into your intuition, anchor into the wisdom of your body and be held by the universal energy current.
I’ve created a playlist to experience polarities as well as the liminal space in-between.
Hours of music for you to drop into your body and soul.
Sacred Reading List
Every time you read a book, a little magic falls out. I love to read, for me it helps me connect the dots of things my soul already knows. An adventure where I unravel secrets of the universe. Below is a list of my treasured collection of books that have fed my soul and lead me home to my wild and sacred self.

Tale of Two Wolves
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said “My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.”
One is evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, doubt, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, forgiveness, truth, compassion, and faith.
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replies, “They both win if you feed them right.
You see, if I starve one wolf, the other will become imbalanced with power. If I choose to feed only the light wolf, the shadow one will become ravenous and resentful. He will hide around every corner and wait for my defenses to lower, then attack. He will be filled with hatred and jealousy and will fight the light wolf endlessly.
But if I feed both, in the right way, at the right time, they will live side-by-side in harmony. There will be no more inner battle. Instead, there will be inner peace. And when there’s peace, there is wisdom. The goal of life, my son, is to respect this balance of life, for when you live in balance, you can serve the Great Spirit within.
When you put an end to the battle inside, you are free.”
“Our outer world reflects our inner landscape. We have the power to co-create our reality harnessing the wisdom from within.”
